Liability Waiver & Participant Consent

By booking a spot and participating in the activities of Plakias Running Experience, I responsibly declare and accept the following:

1. Health Status

I confirm that I am over 18 years of age, in good health, and do not have any medical conditions or physical limitations that would make my participation in running or hiking activities dangerous. I declare that I have recently consulted a doctor regarding my participation in athletic activities.

2. Personal Responsibility

I understand that my participation in outdoor athletic activities involves inherent risks (e.g., falls, injuries, illness due to weather conditions, etc.). I accept that I participate solely at my own risk.

3. Release of Liability

I expressly release Plakias Running Experience, the organizer, and its partners from any liability, claim, or demand for any injury, physical harm, loss of equipment, or any other health issue that may arise during or after the activity.

4. Compliance

I commit to following the instructions of the route guide and the road safety rules (traffic laws) while moving on public roads.

5. First Aid Provision

In case of emergency, I allow the organizers to call for medical assistance or an ambulance, with the related costs being entirely my responsibility.

6. Use of Audiovisual Material

I understand and accept that during the activity, photos or videos may be taken in which I may appear. I grant Plakias Running Experience the right to use this material for promotional and advertising purposes (social media, website, print), without any claim for compensation. If I do not wish to be photographed, I commit to informing the guide before the start of the route.
